Destined Dreams Team Home Staging is introducing our new VIRTUAL home staging e-consultation services.

COVID-19 has impacted our world in drastic measures and minute by minute things continue to change. Destined Dreams Home Staging has suspended all in-person interactions until it is safe to resume for our team & clients.

We are a relationship based business, not a transactional based business, always looking for new and innovative ways to service our clients. In our current real estate market, prospective buyers will be placing a higher than ever importance on the ability to view a home online before visiting the home, and you will want to ensure that your photos make a great first impression.

With a commitment to provide you with the same quality, service and standards that our clients have come to expect from the Dream Team, we are proud to introduce home staging e-consultations - the same great experience our consultations have always provided, from the comfort of your own home!

  • Virtual Staging E-Consultation - Owner-Occupied (starting at $250)
  • Virtual Staging Consultation - Vacant ($200)

HOW E-CONSULTS WORKS:
  • To schedule your online appointment, click on one of the buttons below to complete a booking form, or contact our management office at DDreamsHomeStaging@Gmail.com or phone 647-891-3381
  • Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the next necessary steps, including how to connect to your e-consultation, and submit photos and details prior to your appointment.
  • Payments can be made as via e-transfer or credit card link (new clients will require pre-payment for consultation services)
DDHS Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel any appointment with a DDHS team member. If less than 24 hours is provided, you will be billed 50% of the total appointment fee unless the time can be re-booked for another client.

VIRTUAL HOME STAGING CONSULTATION - OWNER-OCCUPIED

An owner-occupied home refers to a home in which the homeowners and/or their furnishings will remain in the home for the duration of the sale. We offer two Virtual Owner-Occupied home staging consultation packages to suit your needs:
Standard Virtual Occupied E-Consultation - $250
This consultation includes:
  • Detailed property review (through client-provided photos) PRIOR to consultation
  • 1-hour virtual walk-through with DDHS Stager via video messaging app
  • Full home evaluation
  • Written report including all notes regarding the suggested updates, repairs, furniture arrangements, and decorating suggestions
  • Client Care Package – sent to the client electronically PRIOR to our meeting. This informative package explains the home staging process, plus provides tips and checklists for getting started.

VIRTUAL HOME STAGING CONSULTATION - VACANT

Standard Virtual Vacant E-Consultation - $200

Includes:

  • Home staging plan
  • Quote for furniture and accessory rentals, as well as home staging services to deliver, install, and style

This consultation applies only to fully vacant and unoccupied listings (i.e. home has no furnishings or habitants).

Cost of consultation service is refundable if DDHS is hired for Full Service Staging.
NOTE: Full staging services will be scheduled for after April 12th, if safe to do so.
