It will sell, but at what price?  Can a house ever sell for too much?  Why not stage it so it will sell for more money and generate a bidding war.  If you don't mind gambling with your equity, then by all means sell without staging.  Failure to stage your home makes you less likely to get the price you're asking for and house might end up staying on the market longer than you want.  Are you willing to take that kind of risk?  We believe you deserve the best!  Don't you???
